Rossano Fine Jewelry has been handcrafting 14K solid gold in New York since 2012. We make chains — necklaces, bracelets, anklets, rings and earrings — and we make them the way a jeweler would have made them fifty years ago: one piece at a time, after somebody orders it.
Solid gold. Not plated, not filled, not vermeil.
Every piece we sell is solid 14K gold, stamped 585. There is no brass underneath and no thin gold layer on top waiting to wear through. That distinction matters more than most people realise when they are shopping, because a plated chain and a solid chain can look identical in a photograph and behave completely differently after six months of daily wear.
Solid gold does not turn your skin green. It does not flake at the clasp. It can be polished, resized, repaired and passed down. It is also, honestly, more expensive — and that is the trade we have chosen to make. We would rather sell you one chain you keep than three you replace.
We work in yellow, white and rose 14K, and the gold is the same quality across all three.
Made to order, in our workshop
Nothing in our catalogue sits in a warehouse. When your order comes in, that specific piece gets made — your width, your length, your gold colour, your ring size. Most orders are finished and on their way within three to five days.
Making to order is slower than pulling stock off a shelf, and we do it anyway for two reasons. The first is fit: a 2mm chain at 16 inches and a 5mm chain at 24 inches are genuinely different objects, and stocking every combination would mean stocking almost none of them well. The second is quality control — every piece is inspected twice, once when it comes off the bench and once before it goes into the box.
What actually arrives
Your piece ships in a gift box with a 14K Gold Certificate confirming exactly what it is. Express shipping is free, worldwide, on every order — no minimum, no surprise at checkout.
If something is not right, you have 30 days to return it and there is no restocking fee. The one exception is personalised work — initials, names, anything cut to your spelling — which we cannot resell and therefore cannot take back, so please check the spelling carefully before you order.
