How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order and is ready to ship in 3–5 business days. Express delivery then takes a further 3–5 business days.

How much is shipping?

Free express worldwide shipping on every order.

Is this really solid gold?

Yes. Every piece is 100% authentic solid 14K gold, stamped 14K (585) — never plated, never filled. Each order arrives with a 14K Gold Certificate.

Will I pay customs or duties?

Not in the United States — duties and fees are already included in your checkout price. Outside the US, your local authorities may charge import duties on delivery. Message us before ordering if you would like to know how this works for your country.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, with no restocking fee. Return postage is your responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect. Personalized pieces cannot be returned. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Can I cancel my order?

Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will cancel it at no charge if production has not started. After that the piece is usually already being made, so we may not be able to stop it.

What if I order the wrong size?

Resizing is available for $35, which covers shipping and labour, plus any additional material needed. Message us before ordering if you are unsure — we would rather get it right the first time.

Can you repair a broken piece?

Yes. Repairs are $35. The broken parts must be sent back to us, and the customer is responsible for any parts that are lost.

My tracking says delivered but nothing arrived.

Contact your local postal service first — some packages need signature confirmation and are held for collection. If it still cannot be found, contact us and we can remake your order on payment of a replacement fee.
