Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, here is how returns work.

Return window

We offer a 30-day return policy. Let us know within 30 days of receiving your item, and ship it back within 14 days of us approving your return. Email rossanofinejewelry@gmail.com to start a return and we will send you the return address. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

No restocking fee

There is no restocking fee. Once your return is approved and inspected, you receive a full refund of the price you paid for the item.

Return shipping

Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us it remains your responsibility. If the piece arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping ourselves.

Condition

The item must be returned in its original purchase condition, together with the gift box and every component it arrived with, including all paperwork and the 14K Gold Certificate. Each return is inspected on arrival. Once approved, we issue your refund.

Personalized items

Customized and personalized pieces — engraved items, initial and name jewelry, and custom sizing — are non-refundable, because they cannot be resold. Please check spelling and sizing carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about size, message us before you buy and we will help.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it at no charge if production has not yet started. After that we may not be able to stop the piece being made.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a piece is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us with photos and we will put it right at our cost.

Repairs and resizing

Repairs are $35. Broken parts must be sent back to us, and the customer is responsible for any lost parts. Resizing is $35, which includes shipping and labour, plus the cost of any additional material required.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method, normally within 5 days of us receiving the item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right sits alongside the 30-day policy above, and does not apply to personalized or made-to-measure pieces.
