By placing an order on rossanofinejewelry.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this site.

Our products

All pieces described as 14K solid gold are solid gold throughout and stamped 14K (585). They are not plated, filled, or vermeil. Every piece is handmade and made to order, so small variations in finish and dimension are normal and are not defects. Weights and measurements are approximate. Screen colours vary between devices, so the gold tone you see may differ slightly from the piece you receive.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to decline an order. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm and dispatch your order. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers; we never see or store your card details. Because every piece is made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed — cancellation requests must reach us within 24 hours. See our Returns & Refunds page.

Sizing

Please check your size before ordering. If you are unsure, message us and we will help. Resizing after purchase is available at a fee — see our Returns & Refunds page.

Care

Solid gold is durable but not indestructible, and fine chains are delicate. Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, lotions, chlorine, and household chemicals, and remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear is not covered.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — photography, product descriptions, designs, and the Rossano Fine Jewelry name and logo — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
